It's been pretty crappy so far, was nice a few weeks ago and I went to Sylvan (which you probably know is the lake by Red Deer) and got a great tan too.  Hopefully it'll get better later in July/August.  If you do come let me know, we can hit the gym and see if you can keep up with me Wink

Or I could come down, there's a World's Gym in Red Deer.  Also a Gold's Gym in West Mall conveniently right by the waterpark Smiley
