standing bb shoulder press 5 sets front/5 sets behind the neck

6 sets shrugs

1 set side laterals 86 reps

cardio= me bitching and moaning because i broke my favorite lifting straps!!!

i went heavy and had a good workout, but i felt i could have done a little better.

close grip bench 4 sets
standing bb curls 6 sets
rope extensions 5 sets
db curls 3 sets( 2 of 50 reps, last one was really heavy. i only got in 6 reps per arm)
lying across the body db extensions.

i typed this post for cardio

finally getting some strength back now that I quit BNP's and using a 4 ft length of rope to warm up the old rotor cuff every day...

DB press 3x8x90's


a lot of supersetting all the other shoulder shit
