negative only = only lowering yourself no positive, you will have to step up on something each time, chin on chest lower for 4 secs hang at the bottom/stretch 2 secs 6-8 reps once 9 are achieved add weight these worked wonders on chest for me...only one set at the end of the workout every other workout.


Hmmm,gonna try it.


chill w the abs cal so u dont get hernia

He said his internets were broken! so he didn't get pm I sent him......last week Huh Undecided

next week on the dips,this was like cardio and lifting at the same time.not alot of rest between sets

.....pizza was calling Cheesy
