went to the gym...heavy weights were slayed, muscles were built....threw rocks at some homeless people who i suspect were asian wizards...

nah....i just got bored and ran on the treadmill...running on the treadmill is pointless.....i was running a full hour and felt like i had done nothing...

when i got home i sprinted to my 1000 yard burm in my backyard and walked back....i felt that did a lot more than the treadmill...

Morning lifts are awesome. Even if you're tired it wakes you up for the rest of the day and it's great to get the lift out of the way early.  8)

They make me sick to my stomach......prefer mid-day if possible.
