Setting up the basement tomorrow for Yoke walks.  I'm going to carry weights across my back with the ruck sack on, do lunges, shit like that.  Is there a technique for turns?  I imagine if the weight gets momentum, you could easily tweak a knee?

Go slow and under turn, momentum is a hell of a drug. If it does go too far, don't fight it too much, just slow down or stop, re-adjust your footing and start again. You're using a barbell right? Not too sure about the momentum on that but a real yoke has alot, might be cause the weights are hanging/swinging already.
I suggest starting super light and get the feel of it.

Thanks.  I'd be using a 65lb cambered squat bar:

One thing a lot of BB types WRONGFULLY think is that by doing more supersets and cardio and HIIT type routines they will love "size" - that's total bs unless you are talking about fat.

Have lost almost no muscle mass doing what I have been doing the last two years.  Still pushing around 193-195 lbs but have all the added benes of adding in the other stuff.
