Still bulking? ya know... i dont think it's diet/bulk for me anymore. Rather, I just eat a shitload of chicken breasts, rice, applesauce, tea, water, and just 2 or 3 oreos at each meal. keeps me sane. no carbs at night tho. I have a deal with the wifey. She cooks triple everything at mealtime, and she gets a clothes shopping spree once a month honestly, it's all the difference. when there is always 4 or 5 tupperwares of chicken and rice or steak and noodles in there, it's impossible not to eat right. last week I used the 100s for incline dumbbell presses. Six weeks ago, I never went over the 70s. A shitload of protein is the difference.

So, after much debating, I'm going to start dieting again. I'm not sure what to expect at the end, but hopefully something better than the last time I cut down. I guess only time will tell. I charted my progress fairly well last time, but this time, I plan to really track as much as possible. Measurements Diet Pics Videos Workouts Journal At least this is the plan. I have most of this stuff in place and shouldnt be too much work to keep it updated for the duration of the diet. Wish me luck!! My weight is at 215 Lbs right now and I'm 5'9. Similar to what I weighed a few years ago, but I look a lot leaner at 215 this time than the last. Hopefully the added muscle will show when I diet down. whats your diet looking like

You're right about the tupperwares, I don't have a wife ... so I cook my own food I'm so crunched for time that i'd just eat leftovers and junk during the day, and try to eat well at night. it's all the difference. 32 years old and have only used up to the 70s for incline dumbbell reps for all these years. Suddenly I'm up 30 pounds on the dumbbells in 6 weeks. it's the protein. probably 350 or 400 grams a day. it's working. i know the body can't use all that, yada yada, but something big changed.

I will try to post what I am doing on here as I go along.
For example, today I have ate:
Meal 1: 9 oz chicken grilled chicken breast Meal 2: 1 Large size can (55 Grams Protein) of Tuna in Water
I haven't ate anything else today yet. Probably finish the day out with:
Eggs, More chicken, and a steak or ground beef. I will include some veggies with my afternoon meals when I'm not at work like:
Greenbeans, peas, broccoli
Like I said, I will try to document as much as I can so that I have a record of it. Last time I dieted down I kept a decent record, but wished afterwards that I had done a better job. This time I plan to try to do a really good job of it.
if thats what your starting with. what are you going to do when you hit a platue? when do you eat carbs? why dont you eat veggies with every meal?.. do you know about alkaline foods and acidic foods and how they effect the body? you should eat an alakaline every time you eat an acidic. fruits + veggies = alkaline. everything else = acidic (especially meat)
