7 and 7's?? What is that?
That is a "hand-off" exercise.
Basically you take a barbell:
do one rep, pass off, do a count of one,
take back, do two reps, pass off, do a count of two,
take back, do three reps, pass off, do a count of three,
take back, do four reps, pass off, do a count of four,
take back, do five reps, pass off, do a count of five,
take back, do six reps, pass off, do a count of six,
take back, do seven reps, then pass off, do a count of seven
then work your way back down in reps (id: 6,5,4,3,2,1).
It is an exhausting exercise and you must choose your weight carefully as there is not a lot of time in-between to relax.
