Mike yes you are pretty big guy, but you have absolutley no shape. You big in alot of areas, but your also blocky, and have narrow shoulders.Bodybuilding is about size, and symtery, not just having 19 1/2 arm.Yes your arms are almost 20" but they are log arms, they dont peak or seperate.I think if you worked more on shaping your body you would look even bigger then you are now.You have a great foundation, now all you have to do is mold it .Bodybuilding is an illusion, why do you think Dexter can hang with chris who is 40 lbs heavier on stage then him?Because he created an illusion by shaping his body to look bigger then it really is.
You told me people to show no mercy, so this is my opinon.I am a nationa level athlete who is a super haevyweight. I get up to 285-290 off season then come in at 258lbs .So I am not some pimple faced punk hiding behind a computer screen talking shit trying to antagonise people
oh i definetly appreciate your advice and comments((altho i dont agree on the narrow shoulders comment) thats whats bodybuilding is all about...doing the best with what you been given and thats what im trying to do(being 6 ft 2" its been a challenge to build legs and calves) but like i said i appreciate the feedback..sincerly  michael arvilla

Mike your shoulder are broad, by nature because your a big guy, you just need to isolate them to make them appear more round. Its seems like your arms over power your delts, so I would do behind the kneck presses, and more front presses.I would aos islte my rear delts by using cables, to realy bring them out.
240 Or bust I am big and have decent shape, no im not Flex wheeler but my waste is 32, and my chest is around 55" dieted down .So I am not a v taper, but im no Art Atwood either. This year I am doing the Mr USA again and I am going to have better shape.I am going to isolate things more, and really concentrate, on my symmetery.I only started using gear almost 4 years ago, so I am still learning what works for me and what doesnt.I qualified for the USA  when I was natural so the whole anabolic thing is new to me.Plus I use a little as possilbe, because I thing 90% of these guys are out of there mind , plus I have alot to live for.I start my diet on May 9, and from there its balls to the wall for the next 12 weeks

I'll post pics soon enough, but only for the respectable members, not because you tools are calling me out...   I'll use a disposable camera and put them on a cd.

I'm not gonna be stupid enough to post a picture of my face like you retards...  (cheri, i would really appreciate if you stopped posting pics of you puffy face)

In the meantime, keep calling me "chicken" or pussy all you want.  doesn't bother me.

Arvilla last night I did 6 chin ups with a 45lb and a 25 plate (70lbs) attached...

Can you even do 3 reps with your bodyweight????  lolol, I would be surprised if you could do 3, fat boy.

Fatboy Arvilla and his puffy girlfriend = owned

..and to be honest Cheri, I am "poor."   It's called COLLEGE TUITION, which I'm sure you know nothing about.

I havent had a job in a few months but I just got one.  So you are right, I have little spending money so I'm not gonna spend any until I get my first paycheck.

STFU Bast. You know nothing.  Call me when your done with college and carry a 4.0 (like I do).  Until then, don't compare your poor, puny, uneducated ass with me.

As far as my "puffy face" pics.  Stop following me around from thread to thread looking for them.

there is the one where he's "dieted down" yet he looks to be 24% body fat with gyno and love handles.

He likes to brag that he's 270lbs...      yea, quality weight  ::)

Mike since you taught middle school, I bet you could be a good teacher for all these adolesent idiots on this board.I never heard so many shit talking hide behind the computer heros in my life.Everybody on here talks as if they are huge and tough, yet most of them are probably 175 lbs, work out in there base and still live with there mother, at 30 years old.
Absent why do you have a pic of a 1AD  bottle on your posts?1AD is garbage, its only 100mg, there are alot stronger prohormones them 1AD .Methyl TEST WAS 10 TIMES STRONGER THEN 1AD will ever be.As a matter of fact 1AD is 3 years old technology , so if your going to use prohormones atleast use ones that are the most effective.Bragging about 1AD is like bragging about liquid creatine, or even effervesent creatine, they are both old news.

Bast...we are still awaiting your pictures.  I personally (and I  may be speaking for most here at GB) would like to see your pictures after your meeting with Michael (your toothless smile would be priceless).

me too bro.

ya notice how teaching middle school...
1) slows your metabolism
2) makes you wanna kill those f**kers sometime
3) is a decent paycheck?

lol... doing the self-employed thing now. keeps me saner.

I said "toothless".   ;)

You and your bf will be toothless from all the krispy kreme you eat.  Make sure to floss after each dozen of donuts.
