HA!  Busted nothing.  ::) That is a plastic bag.  Inside that bag are pretzels that Laura bought from a co-worker's daughter's school fund.  NOT MINE.  She is trying to give them away actually.

Talk about a shitty video production!  It's hard to say since you're not really hitting any poses but clearly you've dropped a lot BF and I don't think you've lost as much muscle as everyone keeps saying.

But, you still have a long way to go.  Check your lower ab skin thickness.  You're gonna want to shoot for it being as thin as the skin on the back of your hand...that's IFBB ripped!  For the kind of show you're doing you might get away with it being as thin as the skin over your chest.

Keep pushing.  Don't cheat on your diet.  Keep lifiting heavy.  Pose every day.  Keep the cardio going.  And rest as much as you can.  That's it!

 every other day

Very heavy 8-10 reps? Light weight 20-50 reps?  Super sets?  Drop sets?

Honestly if I were you I would do something different each workout to keep your muscles guessing and to kill the bordom.  Remember to do both seated and standing calf raises each training session if your not already doing that.  Calves can be a b*tch to get, but if you bust your ass they might look pretty good even thought you have long legs.  Makes me glad I'm kind of a shorty.

Don't blame Laura for not getting your meals right!  F*CK MAN THIS IS YOUR SHOW NOT HER'S!  Make sure YOU get all your protein.  Don't go blaming other people when it's YOUR deal.

Your lucky to even have someone making your meals for you.  I had NOBODY!  It's was all me 24/7.  Count your blessings Mike.
