hey man pretty kick ass thread here i just gave it a look, youve made some good progress and pretty stout for your size...oh yea that wrap a few posts down is that a gyro? if so those are one of my favorite foods...did you make that or buy it if you want i have a kick ass gyro burger recipe but instead of using lamb the meat is 100% lean beaf.....all the pictures you put up though look delicious...you should put a recipe book together with all the creative recipes youve put together...although i would be only interested in the "bulking" foods as i am what you would call a permabulker although im not big (yet) i usually eat real clean just in large amounts but its not as easy to gain size when not eating things like fast food, pizza and beer...i have my days though when i just eat whatever and as much as possible followed with as many Jack Daniels chased with Budlight...<----my favorite combo of all time anyways good log keep up the hard work...
