What the women in this video are doing constitutes a legitimate “exercise.”
They’re doing reps…
I counted every one.

Now, I can’t find these written up anywhere, so I figured I’d post it here so that we can study it, which may take a while.

If ANYONE posts a video of themselves doing that glute movement I would be at their mercy. Grin

That's classic and a very difficult glute movement, forgotten about by todays "have it now" society.

Pretty bad when you belong to a board on which threads like this end up archived, while words like "sticky" are reserved for clips of some wrinkly old Brit encircled by a bunch of guys in a room with mirrors on the walls.

After doing a little more research, I thought I would add that Yoga is quite beneficial in acquiring the focus, balance, and control necessary to accomplish the above drills:

They should perform this movement naked, just to find out which area is most activated, the gluteus maximus, medius or minimus.
