a.m.  70 minutes cardio
45 treadmill 10 degree incline walking
25 bike intervals

not to be a critic, but if you did the intervals first, it would release fatty acids from fat stores better, which the treadmill walking would then burn up.

this is a scientific fact.

ok, serious question, and dont go all melting, man up and answer it

I have clearly and with proof leaned out in the past and been in great shape. I did it using the methods I am using now and it worked fantastic and over a time frame I found acceptable. The end result was exactly what I wanted.

You, on the other hand, are fat, have shown ZERO proof that you were ever in shape, and have no personal verified proof that anything you say works at all.

So, overall, where do you get off giving advice to someone who has used his own methods effectively and had great results.
Essentially, and this is obviously a large exaggeration to get a point across, it is like me going and giving Jay Cutler training and nutrition advice. It would be retarded so I dont do it

Have you seen the pics of ripped when he was younger? Guy was a legit bodybuilder. You, on the other hand, have most likely never been lean.

stay tuned for his  well 5 years ago I was,..........with no photo proof

you can easily see he has never had a build of any type, nothing exists under the fat.

and he cant answer my question, because he knows he is wrong, so he will melt and attack my mental health or some random thing.

i do not look like that now though - so i see no point in posting them.

the point i am trying to make will be made when i am ripped in 5 months - not by previous pics of me in shape.

its not rocket science - some of us live in the past, some of us live in the moment for better or worse.

i choose to face reality as it is, that's why i am doing something about it now.

regardless josh has posted 1 pic with a shirt on - he could be a twink under that shirt  Roll Eyes he has proved nothing.

the guy i am talking about was a different breed of person..i never met anyone like this guy.....even when i went to arrest him he had his mom call the Texas rangers on me...AND IT WAS THERE WARRANT I WAS ARRESTING HIM ON Grin

his mom was just as bad as him.....the people were infuriating..

interval sprints for 20 mins on a small incline 8.5 mph  30 second sprint 90 second walk
walk on incline fast (4.0) for 25 mins

Quads, Hams Calves
Im very basic
Squats--6 or 7 sets of below parallel halfway up medium weight 12-15 reps---just brutal on the legs
4 sets leg extensions
6 sets hamstring curls
a shitload of standing calf raises cause I FUCKING LOVE TRAINING CALVES--by far my favorite part
