That is why I am not even watching the TV much, there is nothing to be learned or gained from it.  The coverage is not worthy of a third grader. 

They are completely missing this story just to push a political agenda, not to report the real story, which is the fact that this kid was a ticking timb bomb and obssessessed with this woman for three years.

Based on the "inflamatory rhetoric" used by right wingers in this thread, I can only reach one conclusion; Watching loose change will turn you into a serial killer and cause schizophrenia. Everyone who comes to this board should contact the FCC and their local law enforcement agencies so that 240, Hugo, et. al are all committed before they go on shooting rampages against their elected officials.

dude ::)  I have to read the rest of it but it's clear that's dealing with the survivability of actual colonies in orbit.  There is no CT here.  They're addressing real problems of long term survival in orbit.  Jared's CT was that all shuttles were launched unmanned and that the shuttle was not even capable of sustaining life in orbit.  I'll read the rest but this is not going to cut it bro...

yea, ok, tony, that's dealing with the long term COLONIZATION OF SPACE and proposals to fix known problems with long term living in space.  That's not remotely close to Jared's idea that space shuttles are launched empty because they are not able to sustain live in orbit.

you could not have been under that impression.  I stated clearly several times that he though the space shuttle was not able to support life in orbit.  The article you quoted is talking about long term colonization in orbit which is not a conspiracy theory at all but a real problem scientists deal with solving even today.
