Breaking--man arrested for Tea Party threats has questionable history
January 17th, 2011 9:03 pm ET.On Saturday, January 15, one week after the Tucson massacre that resulted in the death of a federal judge and the injury of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, one of the shooting victims, James Eric Fuller, was arrested for allegedly threatening a speaker at a Tea Party gathering in Tucson.
After an entire week of maligning conservatives, the Tea Party movement, and conservative talk radio for the shootings, the mainstream media barely mentioned the death threat against Tea Party speaker and co-leader Trent Humphries, although they did produce and broadcast a story on the incident. .
But on Monday, January 17, the media was fawning over Fuller, extolling his virtues by reporting he had 'apologized' for the threat and meant no harm.
Investigators, however, discovered that Fuller has at the very least a questionable history, which leads to the question, did the mainstream media adequately vett James Eric Fuller before rolling him out as a hero survivor of the Tucson attack who meant no harm by allegedly issuing a death threat to a member of the Tea Party?
A look into the background of Fuller will reveal a strange twist that raises serious questions about his history. No information on a James Eric Fuller can be found prior to November 24, 1997. However, prior to that date there is wealth of information on one 'Prince Eric Fuller.' In short, the history of Prince Eric Fuller stops on November 24, 1997, and the history of James Eric Fuller BEGINS on that date.
Why?
Court records of Pima County, Arizona indicate that Prince Eric Fuller changed his legal name to James Eric Fuller on November 24, 1997.
Who, then, is Prince Eric Fuller?
The U.S. Supreme Court heard a case in 1974, Prince Eric Fuller v. State of Oregon, in which the plaintiff had argued that an indigent person convicted of a crime could not be forced to pay court costs associated with that crime.
The crime with which Fuller was charged and convicted was 'sodomy,' the term used in the petition, or 'sexual assault.'
Prince Eric Fuller pleaded guilty in 1972 to sexual assault and was sentenced to 5 years probation and a work-release program.
Thus, are Prince Eric Fuller and the James Eric Fuller who was arrested for issuing a death threat to a Tea Party member one and the same?
And if so, why did the mainstream media fail to adequately investigate the background of the alleged perpetrator, which would show that he has a criminal history?
And why would a George Soros operative champion Fuller, using him as a tool with which to continue to bash Michelle Malkin and other conservatives, when no background check had been conducted?
Many unanswered questions remain as to the possible link between Prince Eric Fuller and James Eric Fuller. But the evidence at this time points in the direction of the 2 names referring to the same single person.
