DJ,here are some points for you to implememt inyto your training:

1.- Do more volume
2.- Eat clean,6 x a day...the calorie is a calorie shit is clearly not working
3.- To hell with Arthur Jones
4.- Join a real gym...no at home bodyweight exercises
5.- Forget measurements and bodyweight.....go by the mirror to see progress or lack thereof
6.- Train your ass off,and do cardio (do not run)

Arms look OK,but they will get much much better as will your whole physique after adding my recommendations.

train as heavy as you can while keeping good form. focus on geting stronger every workout. hit all rep ranges. clean diet with "cheat meals" thrown in occasionally. 45 mins cardio at least 5 times per week. thatll get you shredded and detailed. the key is to hold onto muscle while removing bodyfat. heavy lifting=hold onto muscle. cardio=strips the fat. diet=keeps everything going smoothly.

Sounds great. Maybe you should try that.

That's spot on advice tbombz, and that is basically almost exactly what I will do except for the cardio part, instead of doing 45 min bouts of cardio, I will stick with 15 to 20 min hard (AT) bouts. I am supremely confident with my training approach, but I've really gotta admit that I'm kinda lost with the diet part, and in fact, I would take advice as far as diet is concerned, but it's such a heated and emotional topic, so I think that I just better try and figure it out for myself lol

Maybe I can ask just 1 question about diet... Do I really need 1 gram per pound of bodyweight? Remember, I want to keep my cals under 1500 daily, and if I take 1 gram per pound of bodyweight I don't have much calories left for fat and carbs.

eat 50 grams of protein at each meal. eat every 4-5 hours. probably need a little bit of fats to go along with your protein in order to get good digestion/assimilation especiqally since your low on carbs and total calories. save carbs for before/after your heavy workouts. drink lots of water and eat raw vegetables with each meal.
