That's spot on advice tbombz, and that is basically almost exactly what I will do except for the cardio part, instead of doing 45 min bouts of cardio, I will stick with 15 to 20 min hard (AT) bouts. I am supremely confident with my training approach, but I've really gotta admit that I'm kinda lost with the diet part, and in fact, I would take advice as far as diet is concerned, but it's such a heated and emotional topic, so I think that I just better try and figure it out for myself lol
