Hard training... Yes I do have genetics in regard to muscle shape etc but I put in the fucking work
Deads rows square chins from day one I did and still do this religiously I do t pussy around the gym the way I see a lot of guys do and this is why Ronnie Coleman was the greatest ever and still hasn't been surpassed he had out of this world genetics BUT HE OUTWORKED EVERYONE  even though he didn't have to

Your right, intense heavy freeweights for years is the key my friend. Hard work is what made Coleman the strongest bber to ever walk the earth, drugs helped yes but he lifted heavy weights for years consistently and it paid off. Look at all the past competitors with heavy compound lifting backgrounds, Sergio Arnold Lou Dorian and others- they are still big even years later and always will be. Heavy hard work is what builds real muscle, not drugs. When are people going to understand this??
And the best part is after you put your work in for 10 years you can maintain more strength than the average juicer with just 2-3 meals a day and 3 days a week in the gym. Funny the ones accusing you are exactly the type that never put a pound of natural muscle on in their entire fucking lives. Put the work in reap the rewards in the future. Stupid impatient assholes who rely solely on drugs piss me off sometimes.

Other people want to quickly gain beach muscles for summer or whatever.  I'm in  no rush because I'll be working out for life.  Plus Ive always had a decent amount of muscle I don't need to take drugs
One major problem a lot of people have is they always want what they can't have not me I've lucked out in regards to muscle building genetics... And I'm content with my progress no matter how long it takes because I'm in it for life

Some shirts literally add 100s of lbs to the bench press. I would like to think that drug free a HUGE man could press at least 500lbs. Deadlift is also very good though there really are people who pull more, lots of deadlift is leverage and long arms.

But also as far as I see Meso is not claiming anywhere near these numbers. Depends how good his shirtrs and equitmnet are I guess as well as his natural base/strength
I've seen him hit 475 or so on bench, 600+ on squat and 600+ on deads.

A perfect example is ygwhateverbodybuilder, has a training thread on the training board were he has claimed to do bent over barbell rows with 405# at a BW of 210#......completely natural of course.

You're not exactly a small guy yourself there Goudy, how far away from 500 are you?

Aout 100lbs away from a 500lb bench. Will likely never hit it if I am honest. Maybe say after 15 years more training and injury free say I came close. Even with shorter stumpier arms and a big barrel chest i would in all liklihood never get close to 550 even at 300lbs

I know you're talking to Irene but at some point in my life I'd like to hit 500 I'm about 60 or 70lbs off so I got a faaaar way to go

I dont know I cant see myself getting much heavier and I am not built for strength too small joints etc. WHo knows maybe 500 will be my final target. I would love to hit it. I am 25 now and sitting at 400. 5-10 lbs a year for next 15 years I guess is achieveable.

I remember a time when I couldnot wait to hit 3 plates. Now 3 plates is a warm up for me. I guiess I should just play it by ear and see and continue having fun with it all!

12 years natural  ;) Before touching hormones - did do various prohormones like andro,norandro, 1ad etc then were banned here.

Good job on clean training.  Are you satisfied with your size when the gear is out of your system? That is your base genetic and true size. It could be better tho and more long lasting if you got off the rollercoaster of drugs.

never heard abotu generation nothingness? they run out of dumbells,,,rememebr their work out is 5 sets so you run out of dumbells on the 6sth set,,they cant thiknk of mayyyyyyyybe go to the hammer put 5 plates each side and try to move it...nope,,generation nothingess want dumbell up to 300lb so make sure there is lots of knocking noise going around

that is correct,,some bodybuild dont even touch free barbell and their pecs look 100 times better than bodybuild who sleep under the bar ,,it is all in the genetic respond and training respond to H O R M O N E S
