I've seen him hit 475 or so on bench, 600+ on squat and 600+ on deads.
A perfect example is ygwhateverbodybuilder, has a training thread on the training board were he has claimed to do bent over barbell rows with 405# at a BW of 210#......completely natural of course.

any 200lb fella who can push 300+ lb on barberl for reps of 10 is HORMONIZED,,if you ever see bodybuild at 190lb sitting on hack and push 5 plates each side of the hack for reps of 10 ....this fella is SWIIMMMMING IN HORMOONES CONSISTANTLY WITH NO TIME OFF FOR MONTTHS
i really dont think fellas here know what it is to push 405 lb on bench for reps,,they dont understand how hard it is if you are only 200lb ,,it got to be conditioned muscle for it to happen ,,
