5 foot 6 lol I am 5 inches taller than you and 15-20lbs heavier right now are you kidding you are a dwarf. Also I am at 6k a day right now give me 8 weeks I will be cutting to 220lbs for my Strict Curl contest in mid July.

within the last month top numbers... 365x5 flat bench last set.....315 incline x 6..... 405x6 deadlift, plates dont touch floor after first rep......  squat 405x6.... military smith press behind head 225 x 8... shrug 4 plates... close grip 315x6.... 315x6 barbell row...last set of barbell curls was 135 for 6 w olympic bar... these numbers you will NEVER come close to... 167 strict curl lol, baby shit... my arms measure 19 inches....BOTH of them... if i strict curled lmao, id crush your tiny balls in that lift too.

Do it then give it a try and find out lets see you strict curl 167lbs since you think it's baby shit do it it's not going to be as easy as you think. Also I hit 315x6 on incline when I was 25 in the Army on leave in Hawaii before pec tear #1 a few years later at the base no spot either best set I can claim but I did it so don't tell me never. And 135lbs x 6 straight bar yeah I can curl that

30 gram shake, 1 protein cookie, 1/2 banana

1/2 smoked chicken, big salad w ranch

1 cup cottage w 2 pickles mixed in

2 tbsp peanut butter and could have eaten the whole jar at 2am haha

I was surprised that the yogurt totalled 34 gms. of protein.....was planning on baked chicken but my wife had the entire stove and oven tied up cooking for her lovely mother.  >:(

I only had 400gms of carbs carbing up last week and wasnt as sharp onstage as I was the day before

I dont want to listen to someone else and fuck it up
I can live with me fucking it up on my own.
