He hasn’t come off gear in 20 years he would be 175 lbs in 3 weeks if he went cold Turkey

What is an Atkins shake?  you seem to live off it.

Just rtd protein shakes made by Atkins so they are keto shakes. They taste delicious. But yeah some days I have nothing but 6-7 shakes a day and some fruit and veggies.

crazy... something happened and all of a sudden I get crazy stomach/intestine pain from eating any beef, chicken, lamb, pork....

Tried grass fed.. same thing

Do fine with fish and dairy..

Scoop of casein in milk and 2 cups of coffee made of milk and 8 sugar cubes half an orange 750 cals

3 white fish filets with tarter sauce and 2 bags of white rice 750 cals

3 white fish filets with tarter sauce and a bowl of corn flakes in milk 650 cals

Sip on isotonic throughout the day 300 cals

2400 total calories checking to see if it's maintenance for me

2000 was sub maintaince

I am changing my diet for a month, keying in on low sat fat (leave me alone ironat), and replacing animal fats with low inflammatory foods.  Cals will be in the 2000-2500 range....but we'll see....this has been the last week more or less, although I've added elk burgers.

Coffee is all black due to combination of heterosexuality and to be able to claim non-racist.

I may have to figure out how to increase calories, as I tracked my baseball game the other day and it burned 1200.

I think a small amount of cream or halfnhalf would get your coffee to the right chocolate shade.
Also you shouldn't refer to your coffee as "black".  That is raciss.
Probably shouldn't call it "arabica" either.

slices of wholemeal bread, high protein yogurt skyr,

2) Post workout: high protein yogurt (35 grams protein, 100 grams dates.
3) Spaghetti: 175 grams whole wheat pasta, lean
ground pork or beef, tomato sauce, half of garlic baguette.
4) 150 grams rice, 80 grams red bean, tuna, brocoli,
olive oil.
5) 700 grams of sweet potato, 200 grams chicken, kimchi.
