accidentally ordered some falafel today, lol

definitely looking more shredded on this diet though, it was apparent after 2-3 days. probably all water and stomach distension...



I thought you were trying to put on weight.  ??? ???

i hope youre in some great shredded condition or otherwise your eating makes no sense and the little muscle you have will be gone in no time

these are not even proper meals

heard the word LUNCH and DINNER? that doesnt mean salads or sandwiches!

Also, go4it: my BP and pulse were eerily similar to yours: 117/75 and 74 bpm.

My systolic is usually between 130-150, so that was good but my pulse is usually in the 50s. Is your heart rate usually that high?

I think I might have been dehydrated. I noticed being very keenly aware of the connection between heart rate and hydration on this diet.

Been doing the carnivore diet, not trying to bulk or cut, I'm just experimenting with this diet and not conting calories,  just eating when hungry and its leaned me out a bit, took this photo today, weighed in at 190, one thing is with keto/zero carb you'll be flat (which I am in this pic), but I guarantee If I threw in a carb day, I'd fill out and probably shoot up to 196, due to the fact I'm so insulin sensitive right now.
