I don't get fat because I actually have natural limits like satiation and indigestion. I really don't understand how other people just eat themselves fat. I also don't eat much junkfood as too much sugar and sweets give me indigestion. My diet is primarily based on meat and dairy

Let me let you in on a little secret,you may think you`re training hard and eating correctly and on the right combo of dugs,but you can bet your ass that someone in your upcoming contest that`ll be in your class is training harder,eating more on point,has better gear or more money to buy better gear or just a better drug connection,doing cardio 2 X a day, and prcticing his posing routine constantly.

When you compete,you have to dot all your "I`s" and cross all your "T`s" cuz if you dont,someone else will.

Post-Workout since I train in a fasted state:
1 scoop whey in water
1 baked potato
2 cups yogurt
1 Tbp. Apple Cider Vinegar stirred into water.....been doing this 2 X a day recently .....also took a Tbsp. of Beetroot powder before training as I do everyday.

5 whole egg omellette with tomato
1 banana
OJ

Codfish
rice
brocolli
corn bread
Crystal-Lite

2 cups of vanilla yogurt with a sliced banana added to it
water
