If I clean up my diet for one week I will have 0 bodyfat by the end of the week sorry not everyone needs to starve themselves to get in shape some of us have enough lean tissue to burn some calories
Let me let you in on a little secret,you may think you`re training hard and eating correctly and on the right combo of dugs,but you can bet your ass that someone in your upcoming contest that`ll be in your class is training harder,eating more on point,has better gear or more money to buy better gear or just a better drug connection,doing cardio 2 X a day, and prcticing his posing routine constantly.
When you compete,you have to dot all your "I`s" and cross all your "T`s" cuz if you dont,someone else will.
