Today

Sausage and belgium waffles extra butter real maple syrup 2 cups coffee with cream
2 sausage and gravy biscuits
1 garlic bagel with bacon kettuce tomato and mayo
Went to pool got sunburned had a headache took a nap
Dinner steak potatoes turkey corn chowder chocolate cake sprite and a coffee
That` a pro bodybuilders diet if I ever saw one.....way to go STUPID.  :D

A few months ago he posted his test levels and deleted it 10 minutes later, along with a bunch of other posts about his drug abuse.

Both free and total test were at max value, since they were off the charts it is shown like that.

Claimed he was drug free and had "high natural test". In which he stated his Doc wouldn't prescribe him TRT because of that. Also said he hadn't seen a Doc in a year because he didn't like doing bloodwork and had been clean for 6 months.

3 weeks later he admits to taking 500mg of Test and GH for over a year.

He's full of shit.

a muffin.
Macaroni balls and chips from the chip shop.
Chips, cheese, and beans takeaway.
A takeaway cheese pizza.
Two macaroni pies.
Two bags of popcorn
Four hash browns, two eggs, toast and beans.
about 5 coffees and two teas.

Great weekend of bingeing that I'll just run off later.

Not to Jinx myself but my stomach has been feeling great my digestion has been great no diarrhea no acid reflux I have even been having a 2nd cup of coffee it feels so good
