Pointless, unless he dropped set's all the way down to the last plate, for one complete extended set. But than again, still pointless. Close, elbows against the side, straight up dips with added weight should be all the triceps need.
Don't know why but I was just waiting for that crap music to start playing. Playing that annoying music way too loud doesn't make anything hardcore. Just to the tools who mix it in , in the background.
