Also posting another shot I think looks better than one I previously posted in this thread.  First pic (from today) is taken one week after the second.



Bigbobs, overall you look damn good!  Cheesy Cheesy What do you for back thickness? Good back, but you lack thickness. Have you done anything to rectify this?

Thanks, I do barbell rows every workout, and sometimes one-arm rows and deadlifts (used to do them more often but wary now because they hurt my lower back once for about 6 months).  Also do stiff-leg deadlifts often.  Last week is actually the first time I've properly seen my back lol, it looked better than I expected but I agree I could use more thickness.

thanx bro!
looked the same just a bit fuller, at my height it is hard to fill out. i am 6"3.
really got tired of bodybuilding, the way that it is developing.
got back to martial arts, training mma now.
just 2 twice a week i hit the weights. the rest is all mma an bjj training.
i do feel better now, at 230 ish.....more healthy...
i was 260 , breathing heavy and shit... now i have a gastank that goes on and on! lol!
lowered the dose quite a bit.... just low test and little nandrolone for my joints, as they have a hard time now...
about 700 mg total of anabolics.... 500 testP and 200 npp.
no diet... i eat whatever the fuck i want... Grin



man how do you get npp in brazil and whats the lab??

instead of deadlifts, what about off the rack deads (partial deadlifts)?

Pro card and trophies don't mean sh!t B Boy, you have a physique that flows well and you're still huge, where as those guys are just plain freaks with no flow just red skin and veins. Thats called superior bodybuilding genetics and it seems some people dont even notice that anymore. This is supposed to be a bodybuilding contest not a damn freak show and In my book you took the trophy for this pose down all the way.
