Nah. just another drug addict piece of shit. Fuck that noise.
who is this then
btw 315lbs front squats look pathetic compared to your bench. and you used knee wraps there, lol.
I agree' that vid is super old actually the very first time I tried 315 after months of doing heavy fronts was able to develope better form even became comfortable enough to attempt 405 fronts squats.
Mesmo, are your arms still too advanced for cable push downs?
And you are?
Someone who still utilises cable push downs, speak on your magnificent triceps rejecting said movement due to superior 'advancement'
Steroid users often like to pretend that working out is more complicated than it really is in order to try to convince themselves and others that it's not the drugs making the difference.
I believe he's natural
are you insinuating that theres not much difference between one arm reverse pushdowns and kickbacks when youre running test and d bol like Meso, Hulk?
ive seen a vid of adrian benching over 500lbsI have seen any pro bber on video doung that....bench press that is
so just imagine if he decided to stop being a natty and used steroids. Personally I don't care if he uses on not but don't come here talking about CellTech post work out BS. It just makes him look silly and devalues what he is doing. I can't wait until he stacks ZMA.
Cellmass! If I said celltech I'd be a lying.
normally I warm set 225 then set 315 not exceeding 10 reps. My 1st working set starts with 405 this is when I gauge my strength it gives me an idea of the number of sets I'll strive for. Increasing weight Each set usually ends up 4 to 5 sets of 4reps. Then a set of 3 and a set of 2. Then 4x4 sets of incline presses bar sometimes smith.
225 for 10 : average trainer who isn't a twink, good strength315 for 10 : serious trainer, very strong405 for 10 (or 5+ reps) : top 1% strength wise, absolute beast
Can you translate this into Incline Barbell Press, my shoulder doesnt like flat barbell anymore
I would say Groink is right except 1% cant do 405 for 10 more like 1% of 1% so 0.01% or even less then that, I would say 195 for 10, 275 for 10 and 335 for 10 translated to incline
1%, 0.1%, 0.01% of? total population, male population, trained population (first we have to defined "trained") what do you mean exactly and how do you know what he meant? how can you argue about numbers when you don't even know what you're arguing about :X
I guess your right but let's do some numbers. I think statistic show about 9% of the population have gym memberships, that is 90 000 out of a population of a million, let's say 45 000 males maybe 5 can do 405 for 10 reps, that's 0.01%,... that is of the males that train or have trained at one point. If you take the entire population then it would be 5 out of a million, that's like 0.002%. doesn't matter how you slice it 1% doesn't fit in any scenerio
