A comparison between the two? There is more to nutrition than just getting nutrients. I gave the example of skinless chicken breast with brown rice and broccoli as an example of clean foods. I never suggested you should eat only skinless chicken breast with brown rice and broccoli. And FYI, it contains more Calcium, Magnesium, vitamin B1, B2, Vitamin C, Manganese, fiber than a burger with fries plus a lot of anti-infllammatory phytochemicals that are completely absent in a burger with fries. The burgers with fries might have better protein since red meat has a slightly higher BV, but you get a lot more garbage.
My point is that you can get all the nutrients you get from your diet and a lot more with a lot more health benefits by following a clean diet. But apparently, this simple concept it too hard for you to understand.
