Well right now i really just want to focus on my offseason training.. This offseason will be alot different from my past offseason, where i just got so damn fat. It was really hard dieting down losing all that weight.. This time im going to clean bulk, and do cardio thought my offseason training.. And instead of dieting down for the show, i will diet up to the show.. Thus getting bigger as the show grows closer, This way i only have to drop 10-15lbs to get ready for the show.. Rather then the 70lbs i had to lose to get ready for these past 2 shows i just did.. Was a huge mistake on my part, getting so heavy in the offseason.. I guess you live and learn, if there are other show that pop up during the summer that i feel like doing, then sure i'll do them..
Peace

...I can tell ya, bulking with crap food was fun for me too, and although I didn't mind the dieting down, after all was said and done I was down around 40 pounds of weight. Not worth it, since I was stronger after a 20 pound drop than I was at the original weight. My only problem with bulking is that it's not efficient, and you can assess your gains easier when you're not so bogged down with extra chub.
PS, I know you don't pay mind to the pretenders, but just so you know that those who haven't competed in a bodybuilding show can't talk jack about how they'd do dieted down. They have no idea what the process is like...and there's usually a reason for that: they're not serious about bodybuilding, or at least they're not sure how they'd do. Competing isn't for everyone, so I respect all who try, even those who have no real business doing it.
....but to be sure, another PS...I'm not sure if I'd call you natural, but I'm not asking, so I don't care. I just hope that you'd let your conscious help you out there. If you're going to juice, don't do it in a natural show.
