Bullshit, hypertension of the sphincter, due to death from behind, takes away vital energy which could build up the core even more. Hidden Ab agenda... Core Of Duty, Hard Core, Core components(abs for Microsoft programmers), Core-ea, Core-ned Beef, The Core-oner(Muntzer's ab routine) ...
