i think you will look better if you try to drop weight and become more lean and dry

and whatever muscle you sacrifice for that is well worth it

you will need less juice and food it's good for economizing

last night it was lead guitar, spring break on ft meyrs beach... bunch of bikini-clad females experimenting tequila and their bi-sexuality on the same night, with an audience of course.  Great scenery.

Both are huge priorities. I'll be doing lots of cardio and eating perfectly. I'm very motivated for this.

Personally I fucking hate cardio.  Been dieting down myself for some of these races and shit and the treadmill sucks!

Yea I know it does an the key is to have music you want to listen to while doing it. I might do some HIIT a couple of times a week just to cut the amount of time I need to spend on cardio, then moderate intensity 2-3 other days.

The Rushfit / Bas Rutten Cd's and a combo of those things dropped a lot of fat off me FAST.   Real FAST.  And its hard and agressive, not just like a gerbil on the wheel. 

25-30 minutes and you are done.

Luke is just a skinny-fat guy. He doesnt have the muscle that's his problem. When you say he loses 20pds. and gets shredded, what exactly will get shredded...his abs? LMAO

You got to have muscle to be able to shred it..16 inch arms..insulin and generic GH that's what his physique is. 180 on stage. Not only does he not look 237..He doesn't look 215 either. SMALL 220. With arms fitting 185pds lifter. The reason he wants to get lighter is cause he's fat lmao

Insulin fat and H2O. Drop 30 then come back to play.

This is someone who did his drugs wrong and not like LOJ explained.
He does it for the wrong reasons and that's why looks like a joke.
