This guy trains at my gym. He plays sport at a high level and was very lean before he started training. He much got bigger and slightly leaner.

Obviously this is a professional photo but I think he is about 126130lbs here

This is what I am shooting for. Great shape. What sport does he play Goudy?

Gaelic Football - mainly cardio based with some physical elements on a huge pitch. This is a shit video though.

For what its worth, this is the best that Sevatese has ever looked.  All those drugs he used were nothing but a waste.  Not only did it not do anything for him in the long run, no lasting effect, he looks much better now.  He doesn`t have that artificial bloofy look that he used to get on roids.

Keep it up.  Its the easiest thing to maintain as all it boils down to calories in/calories out.  Nothing more.

No, but the cool thing about sev it's that he'll post a recent picture at the drop off a hat. He's the first to show his best and worst, which takes balls.

he does this on purpose .. I cannot understand people arguing him. I mean his theories and claims are so retarded you have to be naive to debate him. He cannot be serious :)

It doesn`t matter what I post because I don`t give a shit what you think meets "the burden of proof".  Why don`t you just try it for yourself.  Do it for yourself, as I say to do it, then you don`t have to worry about pics I post or don`t post.  That should be the proof you are after.

Do you really think its difficult to eat 2000-3000 calories a day on average?  Throw some training in there and Do that, and you will be as lean as Sevatese.

That is about the range I usually use.

I do think you are eating less calories than that though based on your posts.

I am 163 lbs at 5'11" .. am I close to 6%?

The goal was to get as close to 6% without drugs. I posted my diet and training regime. I have been at it for 3-4 months now. Lost 40 lbs of blubber, water and some muscle.

THIS is trully what it looks like without drugs. None of those bullshit natty claims.

That's enough, it's a good natural look, no need to go to 6%, unless you plan to hold it only for a short time. If you can easily stay at 6% while feeling good, then keep going another 2%.

It is possible. I honestly don't count calories. I should start if I want to reach 6%

Yes, because eating 2000-2500 calories a day, with some weight training won`t get you ripped.  ::)

Post what you eat for a few days and I will count the calories for you if you want.  I think you are hitting around 1400-1700 or less even based on what you posted.  I think you could get away with it as I have gone down to 1600-1800 before for a few months and was perfectly fine.

I will not stay on a keto diet forever. I just want to get to 6%. After that, I will add a piece of fruit as desert for breakfast and lunch. I honestly got so used to eating like this I will never go back. Organic, clean food with minimal carbs does wonders for the body and mind.
