The real deal is/was I worked a civil service job ( Naval services GS civilian) for 26 yrs after my time in the USMC.

2. That was extremely good progress considering I had been training for 1 year naturally of course.
3. My arm has improved on that now and is on the level of Eugene Sandow, I have reached a point where I cannot improve much more, I will be posting an updated photograph after my diet for this summer.
People on this forum constantly give out advise on relationships and how to handle women etc. you obviously haven't been on the forum very long if you haven't seen any of it. I agree with it but paradoxically people like SF1900 then degrade men who have bodies better than 95% of the Earth's population because they don't have a physique up to par with drug abusers.

If you've trained for 8 years and can't post a pic there are probably genetic issues that'll never be overcome.

I was going through the self serve checkouts out my local supermarket and I noticed a young female staff member supervising the checkouts appeared to be crying, as I approached a checkout I asked her if she was OK.  She said she was just suffering from hayfever but I don't think i believed her.  We proceeded to talk and she seemed grateful that someone had noticed her condition and was also prepared to talk to her.  The supermarket was busy and nobody else seemed to notice or give a fuck.  As I left I said "Enjoy the rest of your day" and she gave me a nice smile.  It was kind of weird, not used to seeing someone crying in public.  Crying in public seems to be socially frowned upon, a bit like farting.
