Halo serious question for you and hulktron, can you even do 200lbs for 10  reps on this exercise? I doubt it, my cousin  benched 350 which is very respectable for a 19 year old  kid,  the other day and he only got 205 for 8 reps on military press (his form was good)

 Personally I've never really done much of this exercise on a free weight machine only smith. But also remember  but your talking to a guy who cleaned 250lbs the first time he ever tried. I don't think 225 will be much of a problem.

I don't dislike flint, but I'm having a hard time picturing that 225 x 20 as anything other than a 4" range of motion on maybe an angled smith machine.

Guys I try to divide my arimidex into .5mg tabs but its a pain in the ass and always little pieces break all over the place. I am thinking of just going to 1mg eod at this point. I even got a pill cutter and it still does shit.

Is that dose too high for only 500mg of test?
1mg eod is what I am asking.

Also before I started taking AAS my LH was low as well just not AS low as now.

I went to the doctor to have some blood work done. Right now I am only taking 300-500mg of test per week with some arimdex at .5mg eod for 7 weeks so far.

My LH level came back VERY LOW completely out of range. Do steroids lower this or is there a chance I have a pituitary tumor because my doctor wants an MRI done.

I told my doc about it and he said that withthe stuff I am taking that my LH should be high because the pituitary is trying to send signals?

My shoulders always sucked but once I started doing alot of work on the smythe machine they went up. I can military press 185 for strict reps with no leg drive six months ago i could only rep out 135 for a few reps especially at the lockout is where I was slow.
I am on  just under 1000mg of test though
