If anyone is still in denial of Jordan being so much better than Lebron or Kobe, or why technically he is better, take a look at this thread, breaks down Jordans percentages from all zones of the court plus how he handled defences etc.Like 1 poster said in there, he took the best of Lebron, Kobe and Wade.Note how also Jordan finished at the rim at a higher % than all but 1 of Lebrons seasons.

http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=317950

This one shows Jordan dunked in game far more than Prime  Lebron, Kobe and Wade ever did, this with a packed paint full of legit bigs.

Bottom line is people underselling Lebron's performance are not only contradicting themselves but they sound stupid if they're gonna argue the only reason he had those stats is because he had a shitty team and he had to take all of the shots and then you go ahead and say that he can't "lead" a team to win a championship and never has...Pretty sure he lead the Heat and won finals MVP very evident by the fact that the Heat replaced him with Luol Deng who is a solid player and emergence of Hassan Whiteside and they went from being a championship team to a non-playoff team in the East... ???
They were also missing Bosch for the 2nd half of the season. They would have made the playoffs if Bosch was healthy. Not discounting the importance of Lebron, but the drop off would certainly not been as great if not for injuries.

anyone putting lebron or kobe in front of jordan in the first place doesn't deserve to be listened to when it comes to basketball..Jordan accomplished much more in much less time..

lebron's last 2 coaches were hacks, no doubt about it.  they were happy to have lebron.  He shit on them, but he did so when they looked liked weaklings and made poor calls.

Lebron should go to san antonio and win like, um, 5-6 more rings lol.  take duncan's slot when he retires.  Put lebron with popovich and learn what a REAL team does, as much as I hate watching SA play lol.

Don't hate.  ;D

As much as Lebron likes Popp, I don't see him ever doing that.   No doubt though the possibility of championships would be ridiculous.

That's not how it works in real life.  Nothing happens in a vacuum.  Age, fatigue, injuries, and other roster additions and subtractions were a factor.  In 2015 Wade can still be great in spots but he's a shell of himself a lot of times and he can't stay in the lineup.  Then you have Bosh's blood clot situation where he missed the entire second half of the season.  Never came back.  Of course the Heat were better with Lebron but you can't just surgically remove him and pretend that everything else is exactly the same as the year before.  There are a lot of moving parts on a basketball team and a lot of reasons why teams win or lose.

Also, if you want to get technical, Miami didn't go from a Championship team to a non-playoff team.  The year Lebron left they had just lost in the Finals.  They were not the Champions.  They won it in 2013, two years ago.  In 2014 the Miami team was already in decline.  Lebron knew that and it was one of the main reasons he bailed and went back to Cleveland.

Report: Dwyane Wade, Lakers have "mutual interest"

"The upcoming contract standoff between Dwyane Wade and the Heat has been brewing for several weeks, and with free agency less than two weeks away, it’s not going to be dying down anytime soon. All of it could be posturing, but there have been signs that Wade is seriously considering leaving the team that he has played for his entire 12-year NBA career. And according to Sports Illustrated‘s Chris Mannix, one team that could make a run at him is the Lakers.
Again, it’s possible this is nothing more than public posturing by Wade’s agent to make the Heat sweat. It would be absolutely devastating for their franchise if they lost Wade — he’s as synonymous with them as Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant are with the Spurs and Lakers. And if they lost the greatest player in franchise history over a few million dollars, it would be impossible to sell future free agents on the “family” and #HeatLifer mythology Pat Riley has built up in his tenure there. As painful as it is, they need to bite the bullet and pay Wade.

The idea of Wade in Los Angeles is interesting, however unlikely it is. They could platoon Wade and Kobe Bryant, playing both of them limited minutes or games, as a way to keep both of them healthy for a longer period of time. Ideally, if Wade leaves the Heat, he should go somewhere where he can take on a sixth-man role. Whether he’s open to that is a different question, but he showed this year that he can still be a highly productive player when healthy. For the last few years of his career, he should look to maximize that productivity, wherever it is."

Sounds like Lebron needs some more humble pie. Yes, he's the best player in the game but did Kobe act this way?  Did Jordan? Duncan? Shaq?  He needs to get checked or check himself.

kobe got phil jackson fired in 2004, no teammate like kobe while most love lebron

jordan got doug collins fired, teammates hated him too

LOL at the Lakers overpaying for stars that are 3 years past their prime and injury-riddled.  It's like they just wait to land in LA before blowing out their knee or back for good lol.

Nash = Wade at this point.  He'll sell jerseys/tickets, will be near the top story on sportscenter, and will play 22 games this year and 14 games next year lol.

Some food for thought

Lebron has now lost 3 finals in which he lost the last three games of the series.

MJ didn't lose 3 games in a row from November 1990 until he retired in 1998.

Also very rare clip of Jordan making his defender look like an idiot with his handles and quickness

that would be another disastrous pathetic signing by the lakers...throwing away money at old farts who cant play 3/4 of the season due to injuries.

Not buying it.

Lebron is failing not because of his talent but mostly due to jumping from High School to the Pros and his entourage.  He is not a coachable player and thinks he's better than the team.  He didn't mature enough by going to College and learning from the best.  Coach K, Olsen, Wooden and others all say their first lesson to these kids is how to become men.  Lebron was a kid in a man's body but his mind never matched.  He lost a lot of good years in his career by not learning to be a man.  Then his entourage giving him horrible advice didn't help either.  Physically he might be the best ever, but physical ability can only take you so far in sports, it's the mental aspect that separates greats from the Legends.

it s a fact he cant shine if he s not ball hogging anyways. He needs to always have the ball in his hands, and someone else decent enough,  to carry the load when he s on the bench. A one two punch combination. Again all he needs is irving coming back fully healthy.

Irving sadly might be on the tail end of his career with the injuries he has.  Kind of sad for such a young player.

the cleveland curse continues for lebron; everytime he gets there he s the only one carrying the team for the whole season, only to be beaten in the playoffs by teams who have two or three great players taking turns to defeat him.

I coach AAU and my players ask me all the time how are they able to get away with that. Short answer it is the NBA.

he lost plenty in washington, and his star teammates didn't get hurt

or are we all supposed to pretend that stint never happened?
