STEPHEN/STEVE...
Good to know you Steve and Donny, my name is Jay.
I am not sure the Primemuscle handle suits so well me these days. It picked it a very long time ago on a whim and kind of as a joke, (prime sometimes meaning aged beef....thus aged muscle). How old is well aged when it comes to muscle? Is 68 year old muscle still considered prime muscle and opposed to one being in their prime, which for me probably was many years ago?
Well the handle stays because it is too much work to figure out everywhere on the Internet where I have left a footprint using this handle. However, "you can call me Ray or you can call me Jay but you doesn't have to call me Johnson," as was once said.
Incidentally, in my case, Jay is not short for Jason, according to my birth certificate it has always been just Jay. Not that I have a short name since I also have a middle name and last name and my suffix is III. My grandfather was so well liked that I actually have many cousins who are also named Jay after him, however my son and I are the only living family to have his full name. My late father, my son and I are all only sons. My son and his wife broke with tradition when they named their only son.
