quads warmed up and started leg press 4 plates per x10 went to squat 225 x10 then extension 205 x10 stack type pumped
set 2 leg press 5 plates per x10,squat 275 x10 close feet sorry,,then extension 220 x10 very pumped feel seperation through sweats lol
set 3 leg press 6 plates per x10 ,squat 315 x 8 or 9 lost count ,225 x10 extension heaving last of the reps was shot...
then hack squat 4 plates per feet a bit wider than squat and toes /feet slightly out,duck x10 then walking lunges 50 lb db 12 steps or so per leg

calves seated calf raise did opposite kind of drop added instead 2 45's x10 added 25 x10 then added 25 for 10 again 30 reps did this 3x around.
adding weight up burns as much as heavy too light,,,,
workout was 50 minutes long partner was sitting down winded every single set ,,i kept moving,standing and even lapped him some sets i was ahead full curcuit then him at times,,,lol,,,
