chest 2 nite been creative since my slight setback but i'm steamrolling full throttle minus the bigger weights,,,but i'm doing some drops/supersets..
1...flat dumbells climbing up steep hill at times lol,,,used to warm up with 60's but ehh,,started 45/55/65/65 reps and form getting better still a tad weak at left shoulder in this position if i lost some reps with 65's i drop to 50 for a few more here's the creative thing..pump..good.
2...inc dumbell x3 supeset with inc flyes 50 lb dbell with 30 db flye/55 dbell to 35 flye /55 dbell and again 35 but lost some steam on both drop set to lower weights to get additional reps ok,,,
3...seated hammer low/mid press 2 45's per side 3x 10/12
4,,,cable crossovers x3 15/12/12/
5 ...dips getting better 8 reps 1st set,8 2nd ,3rd i had to stop and rest sec back up for few more,,,i could not do '1'few wks ago ,,so
