good stuff,still love weight attached to rope ,roll the pipe up down,up,down rest again 3x total around so about 6 cycles..
your lower arms are really spectaculare. I do not think anyone here can teach you anything.

lying db extensions  3 sets


concentration curls   6 sets


elliptical 15 minutes.......treadmill 15 minutes.
lot of triceps in there,,,

tonight will be quads.......then monday will be a day of rest!

Today was my day of rest....from the gym....and as if I needed it after taking both Thursday and Friday off. Rest for me means working in the yard. Also I did pick up friends returning from their trip to Italy at the airport and drove them home. While they were gone, they had new white oak floors installed in most of the house. When we walked in the door, the place reeked of floor finish. I invited them to spend the night at our house, but they declined. I think they are just happy to be home. Trips are great, but coming home is even better. 

My knee is killing me today....but fuck it! It has already demanded far too much of my attention. If I am going to grow wheels like Steve, I am just going to have to suck it up. Right now they just look....how do they say it? "skinny fat," meaning big but not much definition. When these puppies decide to inflate they are going to be amazing. Think of it they are 25" and growing. When they are 27" and cut, I am going to blow you, Steve, out of the ball park. And that folks is my fantasy for today.

Oops, you can get those monster wheels into Calvin Klein jeans? I am totally surprised. I would have though you'd need something a bit roomier. Oh that's right, I have given up tight jeans for comfortable fit Lucky Brand jeans and now I am spoiled....kidding a little bit because I have enough jeans to open a jean's shop. My goal is to look hot in Wranglers again. I have two pair that are stretch jeans which fit like a glove. I just don't like the body they fit over right now.

Back in the day, 501's that you'd shrink to fit in a hot tub of water were what was popular. We'd sit in a piping hot tub of water, turning it ink blue with the dye from the jeans. After we felt the jeans had  properly shrunk, we'd get on our horses and go for a ride until they were dry. Talk about fitting like a glove. I bet if you did this with a pair of shrink to fit 501's and you amazing quads, you could restart this fashion trend.

I am shooting for quads so huge that there are no jeans which they can fit into, as in cartoon or morphed looking quads.

Keep on egging me on. All my life, I have wanted giant quads....okay, maybe I wanted a few more giant parts that I didn't get either, but at least the quads I should be able to grow. Not so much for the other parts which aren't actually muscles. If the were we'd all have horse sized dicks.f

I have to train chest and arms today but my ass is dragging. Ran in local 5K road race yesterday. I made an observation about the women in the race. Yes, there are out of shape ones doing a charity 5K but so many looking outstanding. You can tell by just looking at someone how they will do in the race. I know it isn't bodybuilding but good runners are incredibly lean. At a glance you can see the work they put into body. I understand now when a runner looks at a perma bulker bodybuilder and says that guy is out shape when the perma bulker thinks he's buff. Nothing says in shape like being lean.

I have to get off my ass and change into my gym clothes, blast the radio and start warming up with the weights. Wish me luck cause after the race, beer and sitting in the sun by the pool all I want to do today is look at naked women on the computer. (just want to see if anyone is still reading)

looking at naked women on the pc is also great... ;D we all do it....hi hi.... I have a Day off work today and will just Train chest at home. The weather is warm today and i am also a bit lazy...hmm...maybe after a bit of jump rope i will be more awake..so chest will be ...

Dumbbell flat press 4x10
Incline Dumbbell press 4x10
Parallel bar Dips 3-4 sets to failure

no flyes or anything... will do the Dips first.... because at the end i struggle a bit...

I see. Well, I hope you don't grow old waiting from our quad pose down.

Speaking of what to wear, after the raft of crap I got from some idiots in other threads on Getbig for posting up that photo of myself in orange Adidas, I was considering buying a pair of rainbow colored underwear to pose in for the next photo....just to give them something to talk about.  ;D -Yeah, my mind sometimes works in strange ways.
