Forgot to bring the written routine with me - had to wing it.
Lying leg curls, 4X15-8 @ 60-90 lbs.
Standing calf raises, 5X15 @ 200-300
Seated leg curls, 4X15-10 @70-100
Leg press calf raises, 4X15-10 @ 235-310
Reverse hack squats, 4X20-10 @ 90-360
Seated calf raises, 3X15-8 @ 90-135
Hip abduction, 3X20-15 @ 90-110
Hip adduction, 3X20-15 @ 110-130
Knee feels good....didn't call the doctor yet, maybe tomorrow.
Had a lot of energy today. Shortened up some rest times and got through the routine pretty quickly. The hack squats leave me a little out of breath, so I still took my time with these.
There seems to be an epidemic of people I know passing away lately. I just got word that a good friend of mine succumbed to cancer last night. She had throat cancer. I thought she was in remission, but I guess it must have returned. She and I spent a lot of time in Washington D.C. lobbying our congressmen and women. We even had lunch in the Senate dining room with one of the Senators from Oregon, which was quite an honor. We always spoke of it when we would get together. I will miss her a lot.
