thank you donny/jay/old timer for kind words ,,,i made a smart descision early to quit the drug scene,i have a load of respect and envy for anyone who could use and have great lines and build and be lucky to come out of it ok,but those are few too mention,most get fat/skinny/quit lifting and lose 'why they picked up a barbell/dumbell in the 1st place'...so on my birthday other than detail my car i did what any other hot blooded american male would do i did 'legs'

leg press 5 platesx12,6x10,7x8,7x8
squat feet close 225x12,275x10,315x10
lunges to the steps 45 each hand up/down/up/down flight 2x
hams sldl barbell 135x12,185x10,235x10
lying leg curl 155 2x10
seat leg curl 180x10/195x10
calves seated calf raise 3 plates x20,3.5 plates x15 mixed in some half reps bottom part to midway squeeze and top part to like doing 21's for bi's,set 3 was same with 10ls extra,set 4 was just 2 plates for 20 but did true 21's 5 full,5 from top portion,5 from bottom ,then 5 full to finish,,
standing calf raise 200 on stack sets 3x12 hard pump by now

went home 2 scoops choc whey/banana/blueberries/ice/water/peanut butter teaspoon mix well

,,,delicious so to speak..
