I been mad as hell all day. Damn service engine light came on my car. I jacked it up put on a B1 oxygen sensor drove around the block light is off now if it comes back on I'll have to go to a shop to run diagnostics. After that I trained I was in rage.

Bent Rows
Close bench
Barbell curl


These things are the stuff of life. Don't let them have power over you. Anger is actually a negative emotion. I give you credit for putting your anger to good use though.

We got to get you better booty seems this has been going on awhile. Maybe allergy related. It's the rainy season there now right? A change of seasons tend to bring these things on. Try some vitamin C about 2 grams a day until this passes it's cheap and non-toxic you will piss out what you don't use boosts the immune system a know help for colds and viruses.

Doing ok I got that damn light off on my car. See the deal is you cannot get you license tags renewed without inspection I got 7 days left. Time is ticking they will not pass your car for inspection if that service light is on. You feeling better?

Not really. I have been sneezing a bit and its hard to breath as my chest is wheezy and tight. It's definitely a virus. I will just have to ride it out.

I had that shit a few weeks ago stayed in bed about 4 days,. Sometimes all you can do is just get through it, try the vitamin C it will help the process.

upright rows x3
bent over rear laterals rear delt x3
seated behind neck press x2

traps shrugs 225/225/275/275/10-12 per set
2 sets rear behind back shrugs with hammer chest machine handles behind back 3 plates and 4 plates set 2

foearms reverse curls x3/cable curl behind back reverse wrist curl x3

calves standing calf raises toe in/flat /out x4 reps 15-24 perset..

Seems like a lot of front delt action, there NJ. How much time off until chest work?

thurs nite i did delts ,monday next full chest workout so 3/4 days rest,,usually i only do fr press, if i do front raise i will do db press instead fr press,i just rolled with side delt/fr raise thing spontaneous after fr press.

Right at this moment I am reclining in the living room recliner. My right hamstring is aches bad. My right calf is still in knots. My shin feels like it is on fire. My foot is completely numb and feels like someone is sticking needles in the bottom of my foot.

I will get out of this chair in a minute or two and haul my broken ass to bed, limping all the way. If I am lucky, I might get some sleep tonight. Tomorrow I may decide to amputate my leg or get bloody drunk.

So please do show me how well developed you wheels are. It is such an inspiration.

By the way, I am just giving you a hard time! This episode will pass and when it does, I will be back at it.

Everyday is a little better than the day before. It is just taking way too long to heal. I'd go to the doctor but there isn't much, if anything that can be done for sciatica flare ups.

Sent you a question on Facebook. Have you seen it? I think I may have nicked the sciatic nerve last Monday when I gave myself my weekly test shot. Do you think that could be possible?

I have started doing exercises at home specific to sciatica. So far they have not made a huge difference.

Today I took my wife out for a shopping trip today and pushed her around in her wheelchair. The advantage for me was I had something to support me when I walked. I am sure the two of us were quite a sight to behold....limping guy pushing a wheelchair containing a woman on oxygen. I don't think anyone would question our parking in the handicapped zone. LOL! Note: my wife does have a permit.

started with hacks warmed 2 plates/stretch/then 3 plates x12/4x10/5x10
leg press 5platesx12/6x10/7x8/7.5x5 stripped back to 5 then 10 more :o...
walking lunges 50 lb dbell walked x2
leg extensions 220 x3 12/12/12

hams
stiffleg dlift bar 135/185/225/245....12/10/10/10
seated leg curl 180x10/195x10/200 8-9 lost count dead...

calves seated raise/standing calf raise sets 3/4

still pumped hrs later had to mow lawn :-\,,kids to store for toy they wanted/sleep good 2 nite...
