Reverse pec dek 3X10
Bent Over DB laterals 3X10
Side cable laterals 3X10
Life Fitness side lateral machine 3X12
Steve's reverse grip ez curl front raises 3X10
Seated cable machine presses 4X10 drop set on last set
Smith machine shrugs 6 sets drop on last 3 plates/2plates/1plate
nice pic wez,,intense stuff u and walter white are great over 50's ;D

lying on the floor......serge nubret made this exercise popular......it hits the rear delts nicely.

lying on the floor......serge nubret made this exercise popular......it hits the rear delts nicely.

I've did the incline version many times, but never this one. Sounds effective (read: painful, lol)

upright rows curlbar sswith dbellfront raise 'hammer grip slight bend in elbow ;raise turned across upper chest a bit.
finished 25 lb dbellside raise at sides straight out..

shrugs 225 x12 and rest 30/45 secs grab dbell 85 at sides pull up and towards back not full roll..
again 275 and 90lb dbell
295 and 95 dbell

forearms superset cable wrist curls with behind back bar wrist curls

calves 5 sets standing calf raises..

I did a full Body workout yesterday and it got me working hard. Missed a couple of Days Training so i trained it all doing 3-4 sets per ex 6-10 reps.

Barbell squats
Barbell Rows
dB Bench press
dB flys
chin ups
shoulder press
parallel bar Dips.

arms hit well with Dips and chins. was quite taxing and a Change from split Training.

great old school workout!!!
was a nice Change and i worked fairly fast. Some of the old School guys like Steve reeves built great physiques with full Body and Reg Park built mass on a 5x5 full Body workout.

so Today i did 30 mins interval on the Bike.

Bench press (BB) 4x6-10
Squats 4x8-10
Military press 4x6-10
BB curls 4x8-10
2x 50 leg raises off a flat bench

I have decided to split my workouts in 2  and alternate them. I could have put Dips in there but i will do them on my next workout Day when doing more back and Deads. I will then hit chest, shoulders triceps again. I will during winter stick to very Basic routines and Switch over to a traditionel 3 day split later on.
