From my experience, it is best to consult with a legitimate doctor prior to "juicing" and then follow the doctor's prescribed dosages. Some folks, have low testosterone levels. My first experience with D-bol was when my parents took me too the doctor to find out why I was so thin despite that I ate well. He determined through blood tests that I needed a boost in testosterone levels and prescribed D-bol and once weekly shots of testosterone. This was when I was 16 years old.

Currently I am on testosterone cypionate as prescribed by my urologist for low testosterone. Again, I follow his prescribed dosage. To me some "muscleheads" or musclehead wannabes who take enormous quantities of ABS in excessive dosages are simply asking for trouble. Our bodies are amazingly resilient, but everyone has some breaking point. If bodybuilding and exercise are primarily for good health, it makes no sense for people to ruin their health for the sake of bigger muscles.

The bottom line is this Donny, if you don't need ABS for medical reasons, don't take them. You are a smart man who makes good decisions. It does not surprise me that you have the position you have with regards to juicing.

feeling/looking well,eating clean and still pulling in some crappy sugar carbs still zero cardio

amazing that you look like that without cardio.. great Genetics. Talking of Cardio i will go running tonight. Last night i did not because Friday i did my 5x5 workout and it really takes 3 days till i fully recover with it. Running a Day later is very taxing and although i am only doing squats or Deadlifts each full Body workout, my quads are F*cked. i could not do 5x5 3 times a week like Reg Park did.

cool stuff donny,you like training,all around fitness wise .sometimesi dofeellike i flood toomany pics here,i try to take breaks i will,i when i train at home i pump up and i like to train like 70's shirtless lol,,,so i always grasb camera,i would never/ever do it in the gym lol,,iprogress wise i still can't believe how my delts have popped up in past 2 yrs,,reps/reps/reps i figured it out the heavy shit dosen't work for me on delts ...chest i could do 6 re/8rep sets but even there i been doing drops too..

yeah... i just like Training for staying in shape and i am not looking for Detail in every Body part just Lifting and Training it all. I have enjoyed splits too. i know iŽll never bench 150 kg..like some of the guys on here or lift like you do. Still i enjoy what i do and like to have heart and lung Fitness too. hope my legs are ok for my run later, if not iŽll power walk and after work tomorrow hit the Bike for an Interval sesh... ;) funny iŽm doing 5x5 and another guy who i work with is doing 10x10 at the Moment.

took a week off and had a break from dieting. Funny thing I ate all kind of crap for a week and put only 1.5kg back.
Back to business now, did a leg workout last night:

warm up-incline treadmill
leg press 4 sets
squat-4 sets,
leg extension 3 sets

not a big fan of leg workouts probably because of my height, takes forever to squat.
