amazing that you look like that without cardio.. great Genetics. Talking of Cardio i will go running tonight. Last night i did not because Friday i did my 5x5 workout and it really takes 3 days till i fully recover with it. Running a Day later is very taxing and although i am only doing squats or Deadlifts each full Body workout, my quads are F*cked. i could not do 5x5 3 times a week like Reg Park did.
cool stuff donny,you like training,all around fitness wise .sometimesi dofeellike i flood toomany pics here,i try to take breaks i will,i when i train at home i pump up and i like to train like 70's shirtless lol,,,so i always grasb camera,i would never/ever do it in the gym lol,,iprogress wise i still can't believe how my delts have popped up in past 2 yrs,,reps/reps/reps i figured it out the heavy shit dosen't work for me on delts ...chest i could do 6 re/8rep sets but even there i been doing drops too..
