The gingerbread men have been my bugaboo for the past couple of days. So damn delicious.

Attached Picture of when I dieted down for show last month.

I weighed in at 171. I overdieted terribly. Was practically keto the last month of prep.

But this is what a life time natty looks like with shitty genetics  :D

So I clearly need to put on size everywhere!

'shitty genetics'? Dude, you have a pretty good structure.
Was this your first show? If so, hire an experienced coach for at least one prep and log everything in a spreadsheet. This is valuable information to improve your next prep.
Best of luck!

Thanks! It was my first show, and probably only show.
The only way I would ever compete again:
1. Fiancé and I split
2. I start pinning

Both do not seem very likely.

1. Maybe you can find ways to create a better balance between your relationship and your passion?
2. This is a very personal decision, but when you want to place well on future shows, then you (almost) have to, depending on the average level in those 'natural' shows.

Yes they are carbonated. They are about $3 a pop though. Luckily, I'm sponsored by my fiancé, who does not ring up all of my supplements on her register. The store she works at on the weekends is an old school health food store that refuses to transition to the Barcode system. I usually get anything from protein to almond butter for free.  ;)

Tip for Healthy Joints:

I put this on my shoulders, elbows, and knees before every workout.
Works even better if you have sleeves to put on over after application.
I used to tweak my shoulder/rotator cuff all the time, but this stuff helps "warm-up" the area properly

I performed 7 reps with 270 lbs. without a spot. Could have gotten 8.
This means my new training max for the next 6 weeks equals out to about 320 lbs.
Great Success.

This stuff reminds me to a great joke. There was this funny Chinese guy in my classroom, who suggested a very shy guy to put Tiger balm on his balls. Needless to say, the whole classroom was LOLLING :D
