whats ur weight?the food your eating/amounts is more steady than usual,meaning every few hrs?is this more calories than usual that you use to maintain.

around 215 atm, I eat when I feel like eating, I dont really have set times, it is a lot of food for me volume wise, I tend to eat higher calorie dense foods normally

so ur set weight is around/198/200 if all goes well...basically it is just tighten up with 15 lbs to lose slowly with 'cleaner'eating..any cardio?

no, it was a guy who was in some photos on FB of a guy who trained in a gym in Carlisle who Sev thought was me for a while, there were a lot of motorbike insinuations as well as I recall as he rides a motorbike.

its our junk room, could do with a tidy I know but the rest of the house is very tidy.

its an add on room near the front door, I just close the door and no one sees it when they come in.

I might tidy it this week as my Mrs is away in Egypt, get some brownie points =for when she gets back
