Lol, just depends on how passionate you are about life, feeling good, looking good, and making the most out of your potential. I'd take eating a home cooked meal any day over eating out at places that use a bunch of toxic oils to cook your food in, not knowing the quality of the food, and in this circumstance the sanitary issues that come with eating at a restaurant. Its not really the point of doing a show, just being the best you can be, and if you can't take the time to throw a few meals in Tupperware, throw a few ice packs into a cooler then I guess it's just not that important to you.

I don't disagree about eating out. Its mostly inferior food to eating at home. How long are you away from home that you need to bring meals with you? The whole meals every 3hrs is such bs

I have a degree in Marketing, I've been in hospitality management for almost 9 years, saved my money and invested it in the market at a young age, bought my own condo by 25. I'm not some billionaire but I'm very proud that I followed my heart and chose a career doing things that I enjoy thoroughly and yes my physique definitely had a lot to do with my initial success as a bartender, eating clean and training regularly provided my with optimal energy levels to perform well at my job and in life in general. Nutrition is going to be the driving factor behind how you function in life, so if that means carrying food with me in order for me to live the life I wish to continue to live so be it. Trust me I work with 1000's of employees and 90% of them are constantly complaining about how exhausted they are, they are fueling themselves with countless cans of Redbulls and double expresso's, when I see what they eat daily it's not very surprising why they feel and look the way they do.

First of all, he has a degree in Marketing and has been in hospitality management for almost 9 years.

He wisely saved his money early and invested it in the market from the get-go. He also bought his own condo at a mere 25 years of age.

He may not be a Warren Buffet, but i think it is commendable to be able to follow your heart and choose a path that you enjoy while making a living.

It is taxing on the body to do what he does, so it was very beneficial for him to have that angelic physique and stamina.

This from a guy that just started a thread on what to do with his upcoming weekend?  Have a real life with friends or spend it watching the SchmOelympia.  I suppose in the world of the beta, it's tough to choose between catching or pitching.  What a "dilemma", eh SF?

I've been told you put up dumbass threads and posts to stir things up around here.  I could see that coming from just about anyone here because there are times you're funny, but after awhile it should come as no surprise you're sometimes thought of as a bit of an idiot here.  In the real world you're probably like Wiggs (per stuntmovie), a nice, normal man.

Go4It seems a bright, intelligent and handsome young man who is working hard at what he does.  Appearance is a big deal in the real world, only a fool would say otherwise.  Looks are especially important in the Cruise Industry.

Funny thing is my look/physique had a lot to do with me getting this gig, I went to a job fair for this cruiseline, at this job fair there was over 500 applicants for various positions on board. I immediately knew I had to something to stand out from the rest of these people applying, so I take off my suit and underneath I'm wearing a tight fitting dress shirt. There were 4 people conducting the interviews and they were all women, they were doing rapid interviews doing like a cut, if they liked you they asked you to stay for a second interview, the interviews were lasting like 3-4 minutes tops, they had to weed through a lot of people. And when they called my name, the first thing the recruiter/interviewer said to me was "wow you are in incredible shape" we talked about what job I was applying for and my experience. She asked me to stay for a second interview. After the cut, there were about 70 people remaining. The second interview was a thorough interview lasting like 20-30 minutes, she offered me a position on the ship, and the two things I asked her was about the food and if there was a gym for the employees she told me you can eat unlimited food and yes there was a gym, so I figured it's 6 months, if the job sucks at least I can still eat and train But my physique got my foot in the door, theres no doubt about it.

You don’t carry any more muscle than a female fitness competitor.

You would easily be the smallest woman in any CrossFit competition you entered.

I'm up to 190 at the moment, but if I didn't eat this way I would not have the energy levels I need to work 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week for 6 months straight. But I'd kill to have Brooke Ences epic leaness.
