{Bent-Over Laterals - 3 X 20 - plus partials at the end of each set
Seated DB Press - 1 X failure
No rest between Tri-Sets and around 90 second breaks after each Tri Set
Standing Calf Raies - 4 X failure - plus partials at the end of each set
