Ran four miles then trained chest and arms the other day. Got a stitch on the run that started pissing me off, but then 'We Didn't Start the Fire' came on through my headphones and gave me my second wind. Resting today.

So you don’t think my form is good or do you not think squatting is an effective means to grow?The goal is to grow the legs to strengthen them do you not believe this to be an effective technique?

your low back isnt as strong as your legs
As such you will end up blowing a disc trying to stress the quads

Support your low back and stress the quads doing other exercises

Thank me later or end up with blown discs

I feel bad for you, a troubling event that is three weeks off can be very draining. Training as a distraction is a great solution.

Stop the lies

The smaller 25lb plates you have on the outside, well it's obvious you have them on the inside too where we can't see them. That's allowing you to rest some of the weight on the frame and achieve "depth" and try deceive us. But we aren't not fooled so easily Mr Bhanky.
